Big
Bend Campground is another of the small motorcycle-accessible campgrounds along
CO 14 in the Poudre Canyon.
It is just a little east of Sleeping Elephant Mountain. Unlike many of the campgrounds
further up the canyon, Big Bend is not right next to the road, so it's a little
quieter. It has nine sites that offer tables and fire pits. The campground has
water, restrooms, a dumpster and also has fishing access. The nightly fee is $12.
There is very little shade.
