The
only campground in Rocky Mountain National Park on the west side of US 34 going
up over Trail Ridge Road, Timber Creek Campground
has 98 sites and has a nightly fee of $20. Water, toilets, fire rings, and picnic
tables are provided. There is a lot of shade. This campground remains open all
year round and there are no reservations — first come, first served. It has
good motorcycle access.
