Monument
Lake Park is owned by the City of Trinidad and run by a licensed operator. It
is on the south side of Cuchara Pass, along CO
12. Small adobe cabins are available as well as campsites. Campsites are $12 per
night. Amenities are limited. There are tables in the campsites and fire pits
but water and toilets are down by the lodge. The lodge has a restaurant and shops,
and sits right on the lake.
